...more like Baseball Plagiarism Mill, am I right?

I was going to write a big long article on this and my feelings and whatever,  but I decided to go with the short version and let the evidence speak for itself. Presenting exhibit A:

Gee. These two articles look exactly the same. I wonder why that is.

I'm very clear about what I expect from people who use my work. I have no problem with sharing; all I ask is that you link back to 49thStateHardball.com and attribute what you take accordingly. That's fine, I would be honored and flattered for anyone to use my work in that manner. But copying something I write word-for-word, without asking, and claiming that it's your work? Not cool. Not cool at all.
